LUBTEC Corporation is a leading electrostatic liquid coating developing company located in Japan,
serving steel, automotive, machinery and food [baking and cookie processing] industries.
The company was founded in 1978 by Hiroshi Owada, now Chairman, originally importing and manufacturing lubrication equipment.

In 1991, Lubtec enterd the electrostatic liquid coating equipment business.
The company now provides precision thin electrostatic applied liquid coating for coil,
sheet, oven belts, deep molds and custom shaped products.
The process offers a cleaner working environment since over 90% of liquid is captured
directly on the targeted products as compared to wastes associated with bulk of
liquids in the air if other spraying methods are employed. In the case of the Lubtec electrostatic coating process,
liquid particles are electrostatically charged at the nozzles and captured by the targets with opposite charges.
